Terms of Use
By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and
access publicly shared content.
We provide the app "as-is" with no guarantees. We are not liable for
any damages arising from your use of Plottery, to the maximum extent
permitted by law.
We may suspend or delete your account at any time if you violate
these terms, or if required by law.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify
you through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept
them.
Acceptable Content Policy
Plottery lets users create, publish, and share AI-driven characters
and scenarios. You are responsible for the content you upload. By
publishing content, you grant us a license to host and display it
as part of the platform. Published content remains available even
if you delete your account, unless you unpublish it first.
You must not upload content that:

Depicts minors in any explicit or suggestive context, including
child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Depicts non-consensual explicit content.

Depicts real people in explicit or intimate scenarios without
their consent.
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats.
- Violates the intellectual property rights of others.
We use automated tools and manual review to moderate content. We may
reject, remove, or block content that violates these rules at any
time without notice. Repeated violations may result in account
suspension or termination.
If you see content that violates this policy, report it using the
in-app reporting feature. We may share information with law
enforcement when required by law.
Privacy Policy
What we collect

Account data: email address, provided at
signup. Your date of birth is checked during registration
to verify you are 18 or older but is not stored.

Content: characters, scenarios, and other
content you create or upload.

Usage data: page views and feature usage,
collected to improve the app.
Why we collect it
- To operate and improve Plottery.
- To enforce our content policy.
- To communicate with you about your account.
Third parties

We use Supabase for authentication and data
storage, and Cloudflare for hosting and security.
These providers process your data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with law
enforcement when required by law.
Your rights
You can download your data or delete your account from the
app's account settings. If you can't access the app, email us
to request deletion.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you
delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30
days. Published content (templates, comments) remains on the
platform unless you unpublish it before deleting your account.
